This tender will be evaluated on functionality and 80/20 point system, where 80=price and 20 will consist of: Locality within the North-West Province=5, Women=5, Disability=5 and Youth=5 points. The tender will be evaluated on functionality: Minimum functionality is 70 points to be deemed responsive. There will be a compulsory briefing session on 01/07/2025 @ 10:00 am.
