The bidder must meet the following requirements: 1. Experience in Projects - A minimum of 3 Projects in the provision of security services, each project value must be above R2 Million. 2. Key Personnel - 1x Site Manager or Supervisor, must have at least a grade B PSIRA qualification, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience. 3. Plant and Equipment - Must have at least 2 bakkies, the bidder may own or lease the bakkies. 4. Previous contract termination - Any bidder whose contract for service of this nature has been terminated by Koukamma Municipality for non- performance in the past will be disqualified.
